Rosie (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who offers relational, collaborative counselling grounded in somatic, attachment-based, and anti-oppressive approaches. She is recognized for her warm, grounded presence and for cultivating therapeutic spaces that foster curiosity, self-understanding, integration, and meaningful change.
Believing in the wisdom of individuals’ lived experiences, she seeks to understand clients within the context of their relationships, histories, environments, and complex lives. Her approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s capacity for growth and healing.
Rosie supports adults navigating relational trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and perinatal mental health experiences, including pregnancy and postpartum adjustment. She also offers psychedelic integration and education.
Her integrative practice draws from Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and self-compassion-focused therapy.
Rosie offers both online and in-person counselling sessions.
