With several years of crisis counselling experience, my approach is warm, person-centred and trauma-informed. We may use a blend of techniques from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative, Existential and Solutions-Focused Therapy to help guide us towards what is the best approach for you.

I work with adults who are seeking support with navigating life’s challenges, whatever they may be. I offer both in-person and online session options, with evening and weekend availability.
