Mark Sheehan

MACP (Candidate), Intern Counsellor

Accepting clients from Mon May 5 ’25

With several years of crisis counselling experience, my approach is warm, person-centred and trauma-informed. I hope to create a space where you feel welcomed, just as you are, to explore your unique needs, experiences and solutions. We may use a blend of techniques from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative, Existential and Solutions-Focused Therapy to help guide us towards what is the best approach for you.

Collaborative, warm, curious and genuine, I try to create a safe space for us to connect and for you to explore what you need as you embark on your healing journey.

I work with adults who are seeking support with navigating life’s challenges, whatever they may be. I offer both in-person and online session options, with evening and weekend availability.
