We’re thrilled to announce a significant development for mental health services in British Columbia. As of December 20, 2024, the Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Our counsellors and psychotherapists are here to help you with wide range of challenges. From career support to anxiety and depression, trauma, relationship problems, loneliness, identity or even just having someone skilled to talk to when times are tough, we can help.
We strive to be accessible, value diversity, and are community-oriented.
Our office is located in the heart of Vancouver on Commercial Drive. We also work online throughout British Columbia, as well as in other provinces (online).
Our group of professionals have specialized training to help with a wide range of Concerns:
We are all masters-level trained professionals and are:
- Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) with the BCACC
- Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association
- Registered Social Workers (RSW) with the BC and Alberta Colleges of Social Work
- RP with the Ontario College of Registered Psychotherapists (RP)
- Intern Masters’ students completing their advanced training
Clinical counselling and Psychotherapy is covered by most extended health benefits plans, although we generally do not direct bill your benefits provider. Please check your employer’s benefits package to make sure it covers counselling or social work.
Counselling available in: Spanish, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Farsi, German, French, Italian, Russian, Katchi and Gujerati, and English
