East Vancouver Counselling

Our counsellors and psychotherapists are here to help you with wide range of challenges. From career support to anxiety and depression, trauma, relationship problems, loneliness, identity or even just having someone skilled to talk to when times are tough, we can help.

Our office is located in the heart of Vancouver on Commercial Drive. We also work online throughout British Columbia, as well as in other provinces (online).  

Our group of professionals have specialized training to help with a wide range of Concerns:

We are all masters-level trained professionals and are: 

  • Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) with the BCACC
  • Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association
  • Registered Social Workers (RSW) with the BC and Alberta Colleges of Social Work
  • RP with the Ontario College of Registered Psychotherapists (RP)
  • Intern Masters’ students completing their advanced training

 

Clinical counselling and Psychotherapy is covered by most extended health benefits plans, although we generally do not direct bill your benefits provider. Please check your employer’s benefits package to make sure it covers counselling or social work. 

Rates range from about $30-175, depending on the practitioner’s experience and availability. Each practitioner sets their own rates. Average recommended rate for a Registered Clinical Counsellor ranges from about $120-175/session based on experience and specialized training. Our highly supervised graduate Intern counsellors charge $60/session and have a lot of options for sliding scale from $30-$60 (+gst). Couples counselling rates range from about $85 to $240 based on the practitioner’s experience.
