Approach My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you, creating a supportive and affirming space where your experiences are met with respect and care. We’ll explore emotional patterns, inner parts, and bodily cues to help you move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

Services I work with individuals, couples, and those in non-monogamous & non-traditional relationships navigating interpersonal challenges, burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, or questions about identity and direction. Many clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, seeking to make lasting change and feel more like themselves.

Therapeutic Style I draw from evidence-based approaches and integrate 15 years of HR and leadership development experience to understand the emotional toll of work-related stress and life transitions. My lived experience as someone who came out as queer in adulthood also informs my work in creating an affirming space for self-discovery and navigating change.
