Zoë (she/her) believes that healing happens in relationship—within the safety of being truly seen, heard, and understood without judgment. Her practice is built on the foundation that when we feel genuinely witnessed, our nervous system can shift into a state that promotes deep healing, allowing us to reconnect with our inherent wisdom and resilience.
Drawing from a rich toolkit of evidence-based modalities—including AEDP, ISTP, CBT, ACT, IFS, EFT, somatic therapy, and couples work—Zoë’s approach remains fundamentally client-centred. She meets each person exactly where they are, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship rooted in empathy, attunement, and gentle curiosity.
Zoë works with individuals and couples navigating life’s complexities: young adults making sense of their experiences, partners seeking deeper connections and stronger communication, and people moving through transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, adaptive substance use or relationship challenges. Her background in social justice informs her understanding that personal struggles often reflect larger systemic realities, and she brings this awareness into the therapeutic space with care and context.
Through her warm, grounded presence, Zoë creates an environment where clients can explore how their coping mechanisms have served them, develop greater self-compassion, and cultivate the emotional strength needed to move forward. She integrates body-based healing approaches, recognizing that our experiences live not only in our thoughts but are stored in our bodies, shaping how we experience the world.
Whether you’re seeking to understand your past, navigate present challenges, or build resilience for the future, Zoë’s practice offers that rare experience of being completely met in your humanity—the relational foundation from which authentic healing and lasting growth naturally emerge.
