Rosie (she/her) is a holistic, integrative, and collaborative counsellor who seeks to co-create a shared space of curiosity, compassion, creativity, and connection. Her gentle, warm, and grounding presence facilitates empowerment, healing, and personal growth. Her stance is trauma-informed, feminist, and anti-oppressive.  She believes in the wisdom of individuals’ lived experiences and seeks to understand clients within the context of their complex lives. She helps individuals struggling with substance misuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, gender identity, sexuality, relationship issues, life transitions, pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum. In addition, she offers psychedelic integration and education. Her approach draws from: Mindfulness, Somatic-Attachment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Self-Compassion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Rosie offers online and in-person sessions.
