Hi, I’m phil (he/him). I work with individuals and couples who are navigating relationship challenges, burnout, or questions about identity and direction. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, their partners, or their work. They’re often trying to make lasting change when old strategies no longer work. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, grief, or heartbreak, rebuilding trust in a relationship, or trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to help you move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll explore the emotional patterns, inner parts, and bodily cues that shape how you respond to stress and connection. I draw from evidence-based approaches and bring 15 years of experience in HR and leadership development, which gives me a deep understanding of the emotional toll of work-related stress and life transitions.
As someone who came out as queer in adulthood, I understand the complexities of self-discovery, identity exploration, and navigating change later in life. This lived experience helps me create a supportive and affirming space for LGBTQ2S+ clients and couples, including those in non-monogamous or non-traditional relationships. I also welcome clients of all identities, orientations, and backgrounds. Whether you’re LGBTQ2S+, straight, exploring, or still figuring things out, I’m committed to creating a space where your experiences, emotions, and truths are met with respect and care.
People often come to me feeling uncertain or disconnected, and leave feeling more grounded, seen, and connected to what matters most. I’m here as your fellow traveller, to walk alongside you as you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel most alive.
