Kevin Honig

MACP (Candidate), Intern Counsellor

I aim to create a calm, warm, and attentive environment where you feel truly heard, supported, and accepted. Using a holistic and integrative approach, I tailor each session to your needs. Depending on what feels most helpful, we might draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, or mindfulness techniques—always keeping the focus on what works best for you.

I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, following a career path that naturally led me to counselling. With over 10 years of professional experience, I have supported people of all ages with varied mental health and wellness needs. As a member of the queer community, I value creating an affirming and inclusive space where you can show up as you are, without fear of judgment.

I work with adults and youth, offering both in-person and online sessions with flexible evening and weekend availability. It is an honour to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward the life they want to build.

I look forward to working with you and hearing your story.
