Whether you’re new to therapy, or returning after some time away, I work with clients who are wanting something to be different, even if they’re not sure what that is yet. I offer a grounded, safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and gently encouraged to make meaningful change at your own pace. Together, we’ll work toward your goals, better emotional health, and deeper self-understanding.
I support adults and teens, with a focus on individual therapy and couples. My areas of practice include anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients are men navigating complex inner experiences, and I welcome anyone looking for a respectful, affirming space to grow.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. As someone who is part of the queer community, I create a space where you can show up as you are. Alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, I incorporate nervous system-focused work informed by polyvagal principles to support emotional regulation and lasting change. At times, humour naturally arises in the process and can create space for insight, relief, and openness.
I believe that growth happens through authentic connection, mutual effort, and a willingness to explore the messy, painful, and uncertain parts of life. If you’re feeling stuck, or simply ready for something to change, reach out and let’s have a chat.
