Julia (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with almost a decade of experience in mental health supporting individuals facing general anxiety, health anxiety, depression, identity transitions, grief/loss, trauma, parenting, and postpartum wellness. With a specific passion for assisting neurodivergent individuals dealing with ADHD, Julia employs a deeply empathic approach to create a safe space for exploring emotions and thoughts without judgment.
Using an eclectic therapy approach, she draws from Narrative, Emotion-focused, Attachment perspectives, and Cognitive therapies. Julia has foundational training in ADHD Management, Narrative Therapy, EFT, and Parent/caregiver coaching for parents of neurodiverse children.
She works with adults and youth aged 10 and above, as well as parents/caregivers.
