By setting your treatment goals as the target and then working on the blocks, past or present, together we will help you find health, healing, and bring you into alignment with your true self. I believe mental health is integral to our overall well-being and that interruptions or traumas occur, creating a reduced ability to feel safe, empowered, and healthy. I create a grounded, gentle, safe space for you to work through these interrupts and find your unique path to health and healing. I understand that healing looks different for everyone, so I use a holistic approach with most of my focus on the nervous system.
