Greta Hedley

MA, Pre-Licensed Counsellor

Greta Hedley (she/her) is an Expressive Arts Therapist who has worked in both one-on-one and group settings, including in schools, since 2012. Her educational journey includes the visual arts, costume, textiles, and somatic therapy studies. Greta has worked extensively with children, youth, and adults, creating a compassionate and safe haven for them to express their emotions and process their experiences through the arts. Besides everyday life challenges, some of Greta’s clients face on-going struggles with ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, loss as well as trauma and displacement. With a heartfelt client-centered approach, Greta integrates her knowledge of the arts into her work to support healing and growth.
