I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, identity, self-esteem, stress and life transitions. In my practice, I utilize a warm, client-centred approach, focusing on meeting you where you are with unconditional positive regard. I have experience supporting children, youth and adults in various settings, including mentorship programs, crisis support, employment services and counselling.
I work collaboratively with my clients to open up new perspectives and tap into inner strengths, drawing on dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as well as polyvagal and solution-focused approaches.
