Farah Kotadia

MBA, CPHR, MACP, RCC

I am humbled by the resiliency of the human spirit. It takes strength and courage to be vulnerable. I practice counselling with a non-judgemental approach, creating a warm, open, and safe environment for clients. I believe that each individual is on their unique healing journey, and I want to honour that experience in a collaborative way.

I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma, as well as those searching for meaning in their work, who are exploring career transitions. My passion is helping people develop appropriate strategies and coping mechanisms to realize their power and potential, both personally and professionally.

If you live with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or loss, we will work together to help you to get to the heart of what’s going on and develop strategies to help you feel better.

Cultural Identities/Lived Experience: Racialized woman; immigrant raised in Vancouver; work experience in the immigrant integration sector; over 25 years of experience in human resources.
