If you have experienced a troubling event, want to work on your career or resolve a workplace issue, or if you live with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or loss, we will use my mix of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy (SFT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and existential therapy, to focus on solutions and help you to get to the heart of what’s going on. Together we will develop strategies to help you feel better.
I hold an MBA in Human Resources, with 25 years of experience in the field, a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
