Zoë Dagneault
Zoë (she/her) is a practicum student pursuing her master’s degree in clinical counselling. In her practice, she adopts a client-centred, empathetic, and grounded approach. She collaborates with clients to understand their experiences and craft new frameworks to exploring their past and build emotional strength for the future.
Drawing from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy principles, she prioritizes attuning to her clients’ experiences to establish a safe and supportive healing environment.
Zoë works with clients from all walks of life who are navigating transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, relationships, sexuality and the complexities of the human condition. She strives to bring deeper understanding and promote a tender curiosity within her clients, which helps to unearth how coping mechanisms have worked to serve them in the past and move them toward greater self-compassion, resilience and joy. Through her caring and nurturing presence, Zoë empowers her clients to live more fulfilling and authentic lives.
