Trevor Walsh

MA, RCC, SEP

Trevor is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 15 years’ experience working with adults in both one-to-one and group settings. His approach combines a strong focus on a supportive, trauma-informed counselling relationship, informed by cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness (MBCT), somatic approaches (Somatic Experiencing), and exploring habitual character patterns (primarily via the Enneagram).

His clinical specialties include healing from traumatic loss, recovering from the effects of childhood trauma, relationship abuse, and other difficult life events. He also works extensively with issues around emotional regulation, communication, boundary setting, anxiety, depression, and substance misuse. He brings to his practice both compassion and a nonjudgmental curiosity to his counselling work.
